Tuesdays active with Taiji and Qigong

Taiji and Qigong are traditional Asian health exercises for relaxation, fitness and new energy. They help people to release blockades, to get back into harmony and to build up inner balance. The gentle flowing movements offer an easy introduction and lead back to a healthy, vital body, conscious perception and inner stability in a natural way without effort. The simple movement sequences are easy to learn and easy to integrate into everyday life. The hour in the park is for everyone who wants to promote their health and improve their own quality of life with a holistic method. For every level of fitness. For all ages. Beginners are welcome.
