Tai Chi is a movement and meditation art from China and was originally developed as a so-called inner martial art. The successive movement and breathing exercises, which usually flow into each other, promote the ability to relax, personality development and dealing with stress. They serve to learn the movement principles of Taijiquan, to loosen the joints, to relax the whole body, to regulate the breathing and to gradually change the posture so that unfavorable joint stress is avoided. This will strengthen and expand your resources, which you can use for regeneration and recovery and to reduce stress in your daily (work) life. You will find many things that are enjoyable, interesting and exciting, feel good and promote your health. The 5-week course (Monday and Wednesday) is ideal for beginners and is certified by ZPP.
