Tai Chi is a movement and meditation art originating from China and was originally developed as a so-called inner martial art. The successive movement and breathing exercises, which usually flow into each other, promote relaxation, concentration, personality development and dealing with stress. They serve to learn the movement principles of Tai Chi, to loosen the joints, to relax the whole body, to regulate the breathing and to gradually change the posture so that unfavorable joint stress is avoided. Similar to Qigong, this strengthens and expands your own resources and energy, which you can use for regeneration and recovery and to reduce stress in your (work) everyday life. You will find a lot of things that are fun, interesting and exciting, do you good and promote your health.

Choose between the class on Mondays 7-8pm or Fridays 8-9am.
Mondays in the evening, starting 16th of October till 18th of December 2023.
Fridays in the morning, starting 20th of October till 22nd of December 2023.
Duration: 60 minutes / unit or 10 units in 10 weeks
Cost: 140 EUR (Normally, your health insurance will reimburse 50-95% of the course fee after successful participation).
