Tai Chi Workshop

Tai chi is a movement and meditation art originating from China and was developed as a so-called inner martial art. The successive movement and breathing exercises, which usually flow into one another, promote the ability to relax, personality development and dealing with stress. They serve - similar to Qigong - to learn the movement principles of Taijiquan, to loosen the joints, to relax the whole body, to regulate the breathing and to gradually change the posture so that unfavourable joint stress is avoided. This will strengthen and expand your resources, which you can use for regeneration and recovery and to reduce stress in your (working) everyday life. You will find many things that are enjoyable, interesting and exciting, do you good and promote your health. The Wednesday course is ideal for beginners and is certified by the Zentralen Prüfstelle für Prävention (ZPP). As a general rule, 50-90% of the course fee will be reimbursed by your health insurance company. The course takes place on the following days: 15 & 29 September, 6 October, 13 & 20 October, 3, 10 & 24 November, 8 & 15 December. You are very welcome!
