ABOUT ME:

I learned from my grandfather. Today many come to me to learn self-defense and body control. But it's much more than that. In the beginning it is difficult to find the necessary patience, not to give up, to keep going. Many also want to do everything equally perfect. That does not work. I encourage everyone to stay calm, to look inside, to concentrate on the movement. I encourage them to ask questions, to challenge myself, to think and learn. I am not interested in stupidly imitating exercises or gaining one belt after another. Kung-Fu, Taiji, etc. can only be understood after a certain time, when body and mind slowly merge.
